Lakers News: LeBron James Bronny James team-up could bring a team’s worth a huge impact
LeBron James stands on the hopes that he is willing to play alongside his sons, Bronny and Bryce before he retires from the NBA. He is already in an arbitrary agreement with the Lakers that could leave him as a free agent in 2024, the nearest possible point when Bronny could become eligible to get drafted.
With Bronny’s stock rising, it is most probable that the pairing of two James generations can bring in huge financial rewards for whichever team manages to catch them.
Bob Dorfman on LeBron James
Bob Dorfman, creative director of Pinnacle Advertising, in his conversations with Adam Zagoria, had his share of take on how much LeBron James-Bronny James team-up could help a franchise. Dorfman said,
“Assuming it’d be a middle-of-the-road team that drafts high enough to pick Bronny and then signs dad, their franchise value could jump as much as 50%. A franchise like Orlando could double their $1.85 billion value practically overnight.”
The 18-year-old senior at Sierra Canyon High School, Bronny James has been a lower first-round draft pick for his last year and this season. He is also expected to be among the top 10 quality picks of 2024.
