The upcoming 2023-24 NFL season is going to be very important for Wilson. Denver put a lot of money and effort into getting him on their team. But, things didn’t work out so well in the first year.

In that first year, Wilson got had a bad season for not being able to throw the ball to his teammates, not having a great relationship with some of the other players, and not getting along well with his then-head coach, Nathaniel Hackett.

Recently, on Saturday night, Wilson played in the Broncos’ latest practice game against the San Francisco 49ers. He led the team in a 13-play attempt that ended with a field goal. After that, he was taken out of the game.
