Jon Rahm’s name has been removed from the TGL website in an unexpected change of events. Furthermore, his name is nowhere to be seen on the league’s social media platforms or the roster of players playing in the inaugural season.

Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s co-founded TMRW Sports and announced the TGL, a highly anticipated, tech-infused league. Rahm was one of the first players to sign up for the TGL, which begins next January.

On Tuesday, October 31, the TGL announced the league’s regulations and format, as well as the players that would compete in the inaugural season. Surprisingly, Rahm’s name did not appear on the 24-man roster.
