Joe Mixon’s announcement
There is a very shocking piece for the fans of Joe Mixon that the news has been a fresh development in the matter following the issuance of an arrest warrant for Cincinnati Bengals defensive back Joe Mixon yesterday on a count of felony threatening.
The accusation involving Mixon has indeed been withdrawn, according to NFL source Ari Meirov, and the order to arrest him has been revoked. Furthermore, if there is more inquiry, the complaint could need to be overturned. On January 21, Mixon is reported to have brandished a gun at a lady and intimidated her. When he was being asked for the same it is confirmed as per the pieces of evidence that Mixon confessed, “You should be popped in the face. I should shoot you, the police get me.”
Later an arrest warrant was issued for Joe and he was utterly opposing it, For the same, The lawyer for Joe had shown optimism that the accusations will be dismissed. For the same, Agent Peter Schaffer confessed, “It was a rush to judgment. They’re dropping the charges first thing in the morning. I really feel that police have an obligation before they file charges — because of the damage that can be done to the person’s reputation — to do their work. They should be held to a higher standard. Because I don’t play with people’s lives”. We can say that his agent was making his fullest efforts to keep Joe away from all these accusations.
For the same Matt Tympanick tweeted, check out his tweet below,
I have said th is time and time again…domestic cases are exceptionally tough to prove because they almost always depend on victim cooperation. I believe the alleged victim made a complaint to police then had a change of heart as to cooperation. @ConDetrimental https://t.co/4KPQF20Bg2
