Joe Buck and Troy Aikman Decides Not to Discuss Taylor Swift in Monday Night Football
Taylor Swift, known for her presence at two NFL games, has caught everyone’s attention. Rumors about her relationship with Chiefs’ Travis Kelce have become big news worldwide. Also, her decision to attend two games in a row has created a lot of buzz in the media.
In the past week, it felt like every NFL broadcast was talking about Swift. But there was one broadcast team that decided not to bring up the subject.
During their Monday Night Football coverage this week, Joe Buck and Troy Aikman deliberately avoided talking about Taylor Swift. They even openly mentioned that they were avoiding the topic.

Towards the end of the game, Aikman jokingly said to Buck, “You know what this game needs?”
With a laugh, Buck acknowledged that they had nearly made it through the entire game without discussing the most significant sports story.
Aikman kept it simple, stating that he didn’t feel the need to spell out what he was talking about, and the broadcast moved on without mentioning Swift.
Many NFL fans had voiced their frustration over how frequently Swift was talked about over the weekend. In fact, Giants fans even booed an advertisement for her new movie that aired before the Monday game at MetLife Stadium.
For those who were annoyed by the constant Swift coverage, Monday’s broadcast was a welcome change, as it steered clear of any references to the pop star.
