Whenever College Football Program starts, there is bound to be many interesting news to come out. Some are good some are bad.
Trouble is always around in college football and the same thing happened this time with A Georgia Football Staffer Jarvis Jones. According to reports from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Jones was detained by the police for reckless driving on Friday evening.
“Jarvis Jones was arrested Friday night by Athens-Clarke County police for reckless driving and speeding/maximum limits. He was booked at Athens-Clarke County Jail at 11:26 p.m. and released an hour later on a $2,400 bond. Maximum limits typically mean more than 20 miles per hour over the speed limit,” Chip Towers reported.
This recent incident adds to the ongoing issue of offseason arrests for Kirby Smart’s program. Despite this, Georgia managed to secure a win over Tennessee-Martin in their opening weekend game.
