Adams only played in one game last year, the first one against the Denver Broncos. He got hurt that night and hasn’t played since.
The Seahawks made a big trade to get Adams. They gave the Jets two top draft picks to get him. The Jets used those picks to choose Garrett Wilson and Alijah Vera-Tucker, who they think will be important players for their team in the future.

The Seahawks have been doing really well even after losing Russell Wilson. They could really use a skilled and experienced player like Adams.
But, Seattle fans will have to be patient a bit longer because Adams is still recovering from his injury. The Seahawks will play against the Lions, Panthers, and Giants after their first game against the Rams. Adams might be back in one of those games.
