Memphis Grizzlies All-Star guard Ja Morant has been officially listed as questionable for their game tonight against the Phoenix Suns. Reports say that he is dealing with left hip soreness. He didn’t play on the 8th and 9th of January due to a hamstring injury but played in the last two games.
He played 25 minutes in his team’s 130-112 rout of the Indiana Pacers last Saturday, finishing with 23 points, 10 assists, and three rebounds. The Grizzlies may keep Ja Morant sidelined as they will be playing against the Suns.
It is expected that Tyus Jones will be inserted into the starting lineup if Morant is unavailable. Over the last 10 games, Antetokounmpo is averaging 30.9 points, 14.1 rebounds, and 5.8 assists. If he is unable to play tonight, Bucks head coach Mike will be forced to use his starting lineup.
Rudy Gobert: Right groin soreness
In the match between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Cleveland Cavaliers last Saturday. Rudy Gobert played only 13 minutes, and after this, he didn’t come out of the locker room to play in the second half as he injured his groin.
The winner is averaging 13.6 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game. However, he remains, a big part of the Timberwolves’ campaign this season.
Trae Young: Left shoulder soreness
Trae Young is probably playing tonight for the Atlanta Hawks versus the Miami Heat. As he was having an injury to left shoulder soreness. Last Saturday he only played for 38 minutes in the Hawks’ 114-103 victory over Toronto.
He is expected to play tonight as the soreness he is dealing with is on his non-shooting shoulder. If Young would be sidelined, Bogdan Bogdanovic and Aaron Holiday could see their minutes go up.
