As per reliable reports from Mundo Deportivo, Inigo Martinez of Athletic Bilbao on whom Barcelona had their eyes on, has agreed to a move to Camp Nou in the summer. The Spanish defender is known to have refused offers from clubs such as Napoli, Inter and Atletico Madrid.
Barcelona has been exceptionally good in defense with their impenetrable defense consisting of the likes of Christensen, Kounde and Ronald Araujo. However, with Eric Garcia out of favor and Gerard Pique retiring, Barcelona is just trying to strengthen their defense with backup options in case of injuries and suspensions.
