Valorant is a free-to-play 5v5 first-person tactical shooter game available for all, and the main source of income for them is weapon skins available in in-game shops. These skins are available in different cosmetics some have cool animations, sound effects, upgrades, etc.
Riot Games have been dropping weapon cosmetics to maintain the player’s interest in the game and earn their profit out of the game. How do you purchase these skins? So, Valorant has its own in-game currency VP Valorant Points, players purchase VP from their real money and then spend VP to purchase any of the premium weapon skins, player cards, and gun buddies.
Recently the game developers also introduced the refunded option for those who purchase skins but don’t want to use them and wanted to refund immediately. For this Riot set some criteria in which you can refund your premium skin bundle.
On the official support page of Valorant, written that you can only refund Unused in-game cosmetics which are purchased within 14 days of the timeline.

How to get a refund on Unused in-game cosmetics in Valorant?
You can request a refund for unused VP by /submitting a ticket. Cash refunds are available for 14 days after a transaction as long as the VP wasn’t spent. Upgraded or used weapon skins and weapon skin levels cannot be refunded.
