Haley Cavinder’s Cozy Meet-Up with NFL Star Jake Ferguson at Texas Motor Speedway Confirms Dating Rumors
It seems like there might be something brewing between Haley Cavinder and NFL sensation Jake Ferguson. The 22-year-old former college basketball star was recently spotted hanging out with Dallas Cowboys’ tight end Jake Ferguson during his bye week at the Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth.
A candid picture of the duo having a great time was shared on Jake Ferguson’s Instagram story. Haley was sporting a denim bikini and small wool shorts, and they both looked genuinely happy together.
Rumors of their romantic involvement first popped up in September when Haley posted a photo of herself wearing a Cowboys shirt with a playful caption: “How bout them cowboys.”
Jake Ferguson responded with, “Gollleeeee how bout ’em” and a heart-eyes emoji.
Jake Ferguson, who was drafted by the Cowboys in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, is having a solid 2023 season with 21 catches for 190 yards and a touchdown.
Adding fuel to the dating speculations, Haley and her sister Hanna recently attended the Cowboys’ exciting win over the Los Angeles Chargers. They shared their experience on their joint Instagram account, which has an impressive 310,000 followers.
Haley and Hanna also posted Polaroid pictures of their day at the beach in Los Angeles, showing their ability to make every moment Instagram-worthy.
Both sisters made an unexpected career move when they retired from basketball in May and joined the WWE in late 2021. During the summer, they trained at the WWE’s performance center in Miami, Florida.
Haley’s recent announcement about returning for the 2024-25 basketball season has excited her fans. In her last season, she averaged 12.2 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 2.5 assists, leading the Miami Hurricanes to their first-ever Elite 8 last year.
