If you are searching for the Billson Mushrooms inside the Sahasara Slope cave, then you are wasting time as there are no such types of mushrooms in the game. Let me tell you the complete story: When you approach the Sahasara Slope Skyview Tower to activate it, Billson interrupts in the way and told you that the Tower is broken and he is trying to fix it but he needs some mushrooms to get the energy to do so. And, then he takes you to the Sahasra Slope Cave to find the mushrooms. So, when you go there, follow the steps mentioned below:

Steps to Activate Sahasara Slope Skyview Tower in Zelda: TotK

Once you enter the cave, break your way through the rocks with a hammer and take a left in the cave.
Make your way to the coordinates 1342, -1178, 0131. And, then use the Ascend ability on the rock above you.
Once you’re inside the Skyview tower, remove the sticks blocking the door on either side.
Now, Billson will enter the tower and repair it for you to activate it.
