The Process of Evolving a Tadbulb into a Bellibolt is different as you don’t need to wait until it reaches a certain level. The only requirement in the process is Thunder Stone. Players can find the thunderstone in the West Province of Paldea region. There, you will see it on top of the windmill. And, once you get a thunderstone in your bag, then you can use it on Tadbulb to evolve into Bellibolt.
