Steps to Evolve Steenee into Tsareena in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
The evolution process of Steenee is different than most Pokemon. To evolve Steenee, the trainer needs to help it reach level 28 first. This is the first step as this is the point when Stomp gets unlocked. Stomp is one of the four moves used by Steenee in the game (this is the only requirement to evolve Steenee). Once your Steenee learns this move, you can evolve it into Tsareena.
