Steps to Evolve Misdreavus into Mismagius in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
To evolve a Pokemon, you need to catch it first. You can catch Misdreavus around ponds in Dalizapa Passage, East Province Area Two, Glasseado Mountain, Tagtree Thicket, and West Province Area One. Remember, the chances of catching it is high during the night. Once you catch it, now focus on getting the Dusk Stone (as it is the only requirement to evolve Misdreavus into Mismagius). You can easily get the Dusk Stone on the west side of North Province in Montenevera.
Once you have it, now use it on Misdreavus to evolve into Mismagius.
