Gregg Berhalter Confirms 31-Years Old Domestic Violence Incident On His Wife Rosalind

Gregg has received a lot of hate for kicking his former girlfriend and his current wife, an incident that took place 31 years back.

Gregg Matthew Berhalter is the first U.S. World Cup Veteran who is a coach in the men’s national soccer team. He has played as a defender for sundry clubs in the United States as well as in Europe like the Columbus Crew SC and LA Galaxy. He began his coaching career with Coaching Crew in the year 2012. His name and fame have made him a topic of discussion and controversy in the US.

Gio Reyna’s parents, his mother Danielle, and Claudio Reyna informed Earnie Stewart about the incident that took place in 1991. It was during the 2022 Qatar World Cup, this incident was narrated to Stewart by Reyna. It sounds like a social media slander as the news spread like fire in the forest and Berhalter had to come forward to clear all the allegations set forth.

He said, “What Claudio [Reyna] won’t tell you about the incident is he had a part in it, I caught him with my wife that night. We have despised each other ever since.”

How did The Violence News Emerge?

1991: The year when Greg and Rosalind met and four months after their dating, they had an argument. Gregg “kicked Rosalind on her legs” for which he says that Rosalind forgave him. They even got married after that. The investigation is being conducted by USSF. 31 years later, on December 11, 2022, Reyna disclosed the domestic violence scene in front of USSF sporting director, Earnie Stewart.

How this family feud came into the limelight?

Giovanni Reyna considers soccer his life and as his passion speaks, he was devastated upon learning that his role would be limited at the World Cup tournament. His family was in a rage, as just before the tournament their son had to face issues. Apparently, Danielle Reyna, an empathetic mother called Stewart and told the incident that took place years ago. The information went public and Reyna feels sorry for it.

They even asserted that they were frustrated with the World Cup scenario (their son failed to meet the tournament’s expectations) but they never gave threats or blackmailed Gregg regarding the Rosalind incident.

Furthermore, people have grown outrageous and want Gregg to be fired and dismiss him from the position of USMNT coach.
