Gisele Bundchen on Finding Happiness After Tom Brady Divorce
It’s been nearly a year since supermodel Gisele Bundchen and NFL star Tom Brady announced their divorce. In this time, Gisele has been open about her challenges following the split. However, she’s also discovered moments of happiness, especially after moving to Miami.
In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Gisele shared what brings her the most joy these days, and it’s closely tied to her new life in the Sunshine State.
“I love the sunshine. [Wherever] the sun is, I feel like the happiest, always,”Gisele revealed. “The sun just makes you feel good. People are like, ‘Oh, it’s so hot,’ but I’m like, ‘I love it.’ I love the heat.”
Gisele also talked about her preferred wellness routine, emphasizing her deep connection with the natural world.
“[Someone once asked,] ‘What’s your best wellness treatment?’ and I say, ‘Nature is my best wellness treatment,’ ” she said. “Just feeling the sun, taking a dip in the ocean, running on the sand and feeling the grass on my feet.”
She added, “Just being in nature just gives you energy. It just makes you feel good.”
Gisele Bundchen’s choice to make Miami her new home ensures that she’ll continue to enjoy the abundance of sunshine that Florida offers.
