Free Fire India Championship 2022: Match schedule, timing, format, and more revealed

The Free Fire India Championship 2022 Spring is getting started from 11th February will kick start by the 1st stage, known as FFC mode or open qualifiers, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm IST. 

Now as the prize pool is of 1 Crore INR, the players are going to enjoy more prizes value as the finalist will take half of the value worth 50,00,000 INR while the 2nd one will get to have 25,00,000 INR and so on.

Moreover, With the slight change in rules by Garena, the introduction of Revival Point will deeply affect the participating teams while making strategies for the matches.

Free Fire India Championship 2022 Spring: Schedule and Format details

Here are the details of the Schedule and format of the grand event:

• Closed Qualifiers (16 February to 20 February): A total of 42 Teams with 6 Teams ranked from the 7th-12th from the now-concluded Free Fire Pro League (FFPL) 2021 Winter will participate in Closed Qualifiers, and this will happen from 16 February to 20th February 2022. The teams will be divided into 4 groups with 12 teams each, and each group will further battle in a best-of-six round. The top two teams from every group will directly play in FFIC League Stage. While the third, fourth, and fifth-ranked teams from every group will again battle in FFIC League Play-Ins. These teams will again play in a best-of-six round and the top four teams will qualify for the FFIC League Stage.

• FFIC League Stages: The League Stage of FFIC will be scheduled to happen from 11 March 2022 to 27 March 2022. This will be a 9-day long stage where the top 12 teams from closed qualifiers will be joined with the top 6 teams from FFPL 2021 Winter. The teams will be separated into 3 groups and each group will play against each other three times in a best-of-six round. The top 2 teams from each group will qualify into Grand Finals of the event while the remaining 12 teams will further battle in Finals Play-Ins.
• Finals Play-Ins: The format of Finals Play-Ins will also be a best-of-six round in which relegated 12 teams will battle on 3 April 2022. The top 6 teams will qualify in Finals while the other 6 teams will be eliminated from the tournament.
• FFIC 2022 Spring Finals: The Grand Finals of FFIC 2022 Spring will commence on 10 April 2022. The 12 teams will fight in a best-of-six format and the winner of the FFIC will take home 50,00,000 INR.

Also, the finalists will get a golden opportunity to represent their region in the Free Fire World Series 2022 Finals which will happen in May in Sentosa, Singapore.
