Free Agent Dalvin Cook Ready To Meet New York Jets On Thursday

Free Agent and former Vikings running back Dalvin Cook is set to meet with the New York Jets on Thursday.

According to NFL insider Rich Cimini, free agent Dalvin Cook is finally getting a call from the Jets and is about to meet this weekend on Thursday. Rich Cimini shared the news on his Twitter account and posted,

“Dalvin Cook will be flying up later today. He’s scheduled to appear on @gmfb tomorrow, followed by a trip over to the Jets’ facility. He’ll be around for the weekend. #jets”

The Jets already have running backs in check with Breece Hall, pass-catching back Michael Carter, and young reserve options Zonovan Knight and Israel Abanikanda. Not to forget Hall who’s coming from the rookie season.

To be honest Jets running back’s pack is full but still, they could use Cook as he’s more experienced with notched 1,100+ rushing yards in each of the last four seasons. On top of that Aaron Rodgers’s huge pay cut to stay with the Jets could be used to work out with a veteran running back deal.

Will see if Dalbvin Cook’s hunt for the new team is over or not.
