Former NFL Star LaDainian Tomlinson Announced His Broadcasting Retirement
Former NFL running back LaDainian Tomlinson announced his retirement from NFL Network broadcasting.
On Monday night, Tomlinson shared the news on his X Twitter. Tomlinson tweeted,
“I walked away from football at the age of 32!!! Today at the age of 44, I’ve decided to retire from being an on-air football analyst! I’d like to send my sincere appreciation and thanks to @NFLNetwork for 10 great years!! Thanks to all my colleagues and friends. It was a blast being able to stay close to the game, creating great football shows with you guys. I look forward to all the opportunities that this new chapter in my life will bring!!”

44, Tomlinson retiring from his decade-long career in the NFL network. He shared his sincere appreciation and said thanks to the NFL Network. Tomlinson debuted his broadcasting career with NFL Network right after he retired from the NFL in 2012.
Tomlinson played 11 seasons in the NFL for the San Deigo (now Los Angeles) Chargers and New York Jets. He finished his career with 3,174 carries for 13,684 yards and 145 touchdowns.
Hall of famer, Tomlinson was a star college footballer at the TCU Horned Frogs. Later he was the fifth overall pick in the 2001 NFL Draft, by the San Diego Chargers.
