Fedmyster Receives Permanent Ban from Twitch

Fedmyster, a renowned content creator and member of the popular streaming group OfflineTV, has been suspended for the second time on Twitch. This time, the ban came after receiving a DMCA takedown notice for illegally streaming the Super Bowl during his February 12 Twitch stream. Fans who watched the stream claimed that Fedmyster was using an Xbox controller to pretend to play Madden 23, while actually broadcasting the Super Bowl event without permission. This led to a suspension, which could result in a lifetime ban from the platform.

Fedmyster’s history of controversies:

This is not the first time Fedmyster has faced controversy. In June 2020, several members of OfflineTV, including fellow streamer Pokimane, accused him of acting inappropriately towards them, resulting in a ban from the group. In April of the same year, he was also a victim of a crypto-based scam, which led to his first ban on Twitch.
