Michael Block experienced another remarkable moment while watching the Tiger Woods Invitational at the Monterey Peninsula Country Club in Pebble Beach, California. The Southern California club pro, who rose to stardom after a spectacular showing at the 2023 PGA Championship, finally got to meet the icon on Monday.
Block shared a photo of himself with Max Homa and Tiger Woods on his Instagram page. Numerous social networks instantly duplicated the message, which received a huge number of fan replies.

The Tiger Woods Invitational and Other Topics
Private golf competitions called the Tiger Woods Invitational are conducted annually at Pebble Beach, California. It is a fundraiser for the TGR Foundation and is hosted by Woods himself.
Leading golfers from the PGA Tour and other circuits are there, along with different invited personalities. October 9–11 will be the dates for the 2023 edition.
Michael Block was given the chance to meet Tiger Woods when he was invited to participate in the Tiger Woods Invitational. Without question, Block is a player who has elevated significantly in the eyes of the media throughout the current campaign.
Michael Block is a pro at the Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Mission Viejo, California; it should be recalled. Although he has spent some time on the PGA Tour, most of his professional career has been spent in Southern California on the local circuit.

Michael Block’s T15 in the 2022 PGA Championship is by far the greatest result he has ever had in the sport. After placing T2 at the PGA Professional Championship, Block joined the Corebridge Financial PGA Team and earned a spot in the second major of the year.
Naturally, Block had modest hopes when he arrived at Oak Hill, but the weekend had different ideas for him. Block won the competition by one stroke over players like Xander Schauffele, Tommy Fleetwood, and Collin Morikawa, thanks to three straight rounds of par (70) and a final round of 71.
For Block, who got the chance to play a round alongside Rory McIlroy and record an ace, it was a dream of four days. Additionally, he received invites to other events as well as an exemption to the 2024 PGA Championship.
The 2023 PGA Championship was also by far Michael Block’s greatest finish in terms of earnings. The Californian received a salary of about $280,000.
