Fans Love Stephen A. Smith’s Funny Outfit on ‘First Take’ Tuesday
On ‘First Take,’ Shannon Sharpe made a little mistake. Instead of calling his new co-host, Stephen A. Smith, by his name, he called him “Skip” a few times. Stephen A.
Smith decided to make light of it when Sharpe returned on Tuesday. He wore a name tag and said, “Hope this helps you out.” It was all in good fun.

Another fan said, “Shannon and Stephen A. are perfect together.”
ESPN producer Katie Hennessey even joked that the name tag should go in the ESPN museum. A fan predicted that this season of ‘First Take’ would be very funny.

The name tag needs to go in the espn museum ? https://t.co/2fMrZ7QfZx
During the show, Smith and Sharpe talked about some unusual things like the Dallas Cowboys and a debate about Jordan and LeBron. This was surprising because it was early September, and the NBA season hadn’t started yet. ‘First Take’ is still the same in the sense that sports fans might not learn anything new, but it’s clear that Smith and Sharpe are having a lot of fun.
Sharpe will keep appearing on the show on Mondays and Tuesdays during the NFL season. That gives him plenty of time to remember Stephen A.’s name without making mistakes.
