Fans Dislike New College GameDay Theme Song Without Big & Rich
For sixteen years “Comin’ To Your City” had been the College GameDay song for so long. Earlier this week, fans learned noticeable change in the song.
The theme song, “Comin’ To Your City” didn’t change but ESPN replaced the famous country duo Big & Rich with Darius Rucker, Lainey Wilson, and The Cadillac Three. The decision was made after Big & Rich (composed of Big Kenny and John Rich) took their social media to announce the news On Thursday.
The Dynamic Duo expressed their gratitude and said, what an honor it has been to serve as the voices behind the famous College GameDay opener.
On Saturday morning ESPN debuted the same song with new singers released from South Carolina. But fans didn’t like the new version of the College GameDay theme song.
Nothing against these artists at all. Because I enjoy their music, but this isn’t it.
