ESPN Computer Reveals College Football Playoff Prediction After Week 1

The College Football Week 1 is over and with that ESPN computer predicts the new power rankings for 2023.

As the College football season progresses further the picture becomes clear. In the first week, Colorado shocked the world with its major underdog image and beat the hell out of the TCU. Florida State Seminoles dominated one of the top five LSU Tigers.

Clemson is out of the conversations after losing the game with the Duke. The other Top four teams stayed true to their fans and still held their positions.

After week 1, ESPN’s computer has enough data to predict the next power ranking for 2023 College Football. According to Computer, Alabama and Ohio State have their best shot with this year’s national cup.

The Crimson Tide and Buckeyes both have a 60% chance to qualify according to ESPN’s model. Well, last year’s national champion Georgia only has a 37% chance to qualify according to ESPN. Oklahoma comes next at the number four followed by Florida State, USC, and Michigan.

Despite Colorado’s upset win, the computer gave a 0% chance of making the playoff. In week 2. There are some major games coming including Alabama’s face-off with the Texas.
