Emma Raducanu shares her Black Friday shopping list.

Emma Raducanu recently shared the huge list of products she intends to purchase during Black Friday week.

Injuries have dogged Raducanu’s career since she won the US Open in 2021. The Brit has had wrist and ankle surgery, preventing her from competing in three of the four Grand Slam tournaments this year. She had to pull out of the French Open, Wimbledon Championships (her home Grand Slam), and US Open.

The 21-year-old’s most recent outing on the court came in April at the 2023 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart, when she lost in the first round against Jelena Ostapenko.

Emma Raducanu has spent her time off the court focusing on recovery, spending quality time with her family, and travelling. She recently revealed her Black Friday shopping list on social media.

This diverse list contains anything from salted pistachios to an electric piano, as well as a selection of stationery products:

“black friday week has me with a wireless printer, salted pistachios, electric piano, pukka pad set, pens and a sheet to put on my car so I don’t need to scrape ice off the windows in the winter ? ,” Raducanu posted on X (formerly Twitter).

“I think I’m in a better headspace to compete now,” Emma Raducanu says of her return intentions.

Emma Raducanu disclosed her return intentions during a meeting with former British No. 1 Laura Robson. She stated her desire to return to court as soon as possible while underlining the need to not hurry the process.

“I’m just aiming to get back as soon as possible without rushing it because I know when you rush, you just set yourself back a little bit,” she remarked.

Raducanu recognized that owing to her extended break from competition, she may face a number of hurdles when she returns to the court next year. The former World No. 10 understands that she will need to compete in numerous tournaments to rediscover her rhythm. Still, she is confident in her ability to reintegrate into the professional scene successfully. She ascribed her upbeat attitude to being in a “better headspace.”

“So, yeah, hoping to be back on the court next season.” And I understand how difficult it will be when you last competed over a year ago. So it’ll undoubtedly take me a few tournaments to get back into and up to speed. But once I do, I believe I’ll be in a better mental state to compete now,” she said.
