Did Andy Reid know Taylor Swift’s father?
It’s still being determined whether Taylor Swift will be watching Andy Reid’s next game. NFL expert Adam Schefter confessed that he doesn’t have excellent sources on Swift, but he does have people who say Reid had a relationship with Swift’s father, Scott, long before she was dating one of his finest players.
On the Pat McAfee Show, Schefter revealed:
“I have sources who say Andy Reid was involved in their (Travis and Taylor’s) introduction.” Andy Reid has had a lengthy history with Taylor Swift’s father, dating back to his days as a die-hard Eagles fan when coaching there. And I believe Andy has minimized this. But I believe he has played a larger part in this marriage than he has let on.”
Reid’s involvement in bringing the two together was implied very early on, but Schefter is now practically admitting it. In this connection, the Kansas City Chiefs head coach has stayed out of the spotlight, but the writer feels he played a far larger part than he has admitted.
Andy Reid and Taylor Swift are friends.
Taylor Swift grew up in Philadelphia before coming to Nashville to pursue her musical goals. That suggests her parents had ties to the region, which, according to Schefter, means he knew Andy Reid while he was the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles.
This relationship has incredible connections. Swift grew up in the village where Reid was the coach. In the year 2023, she’s dating the coach’s tight end. Furthermore, Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce, works for Reid’s old team. It is a complicated web of connections that begins with a tie between the singer’s father and a head coach.
All of this will come to a climax on Monday Night Football when Swift’s previous club plays her partner’s side. It’s unknown if she’ll be in the stands, but it’s a huge game for her family nonetheless.
