Desmond Howard’s 2022 Playoff Prediction is still being Roasted by Fans
College Football season is finally here and the time all the fans were waiting for has come. Now you can enjoy your favorite college football team playing against each other. We will also get to see many predictions about the teams and their expected accomplishments.
That reminds everyone about Desmond Howard’s awful 2022 Playoff Prediction last year that is still being roasted by everyone.
It might be surprising, but Howard predicted that Baylor, Michigan, Pitt, and Texas A&M would make it to the CFP last season. Only Michigan made it happen.
Texas A&M had a rough time, which might put pressure on their coach Jimbo Fisher. Baylor didn’t win enough games because they lost many at the end of the season. Pitt did okay, but it wasn’t enough for them to go to the CFP.
During the 2022 season, people made fun of Howard’s predictions.

And now for the 2023 season, Howard thinks that Alabama, Florida State, Michigan, and Texas will reach the CFP. And he’s not surprising anyone by saying that Michigan will be the winner.
Alabama has been in the CFP before, so believing in their coach Nick Saban is a smart choice. Florida State and Texas, though, need to show they can really compete for the championship.
We know Michigan has really good players who can beat any team. But we also have to think that Howard might be picking them a bit because he used to play for them and won the Heisman Trophy.
