Deshaun Watson’s Unusual Pregame Routine: What Happened When Troy Aikman Saw It?
On a recent Monday night, ESPN’s Troy Aikman had a good laugh when the cameras caught Cleveland Browns’ quarterback Deshaun Watson’s pregame routine. Watson’s routine is pretty different—he spends time meditating and imagining how the game against the Steelers will go.
Aikman shared his thoughts, saying, “Deshaun Watson is over there on the sidelines. That’s a member of his performance team sitting next to him. He’s doing some visualization, maybe a little bit of meditation. He was definitely going through the visualization part of it. Whether or not that pays dividends for him on that drive, we’ll see.”

Aikman probably wasn’t the only one who found this amusing.
Watson’s game against the Steelers had its ups and downs. He threw 22 out of 40 passes, gaining 235 yards, with one touchdown and one interception.
For the Browns to do well in the AFC North, Watson needs to step up, especially with Nick Chubb probably out for the season.
