Deion Sanders Plans For Next Colorado Vs Oregon Game Without Travis Hunter

Deion Sanders announced his plans for the upcoming Colorado vs Oregon game without their standout Travis Hunter.

Colorado wide receiver Travis Hunter is temporarily out for three weeks due to his injury. Hunter got hit by Colorado State defensive back Henry Blackburn during the Saturday night game.

According to the ESPN reporter Adam Rittenberg, “Deion Sanders on Travis Hunter: “Travis is doing great. Got out of the hospital yesterday, and he’s at home. … He can’t wait to get back.” CU will go with a “corner by committee” approach to replace Hunter at Oregon. Says Cormani McClain is not ready.”

There are three possible replacements for Travis Hunter;

  1. Javon Antonio, Senior wide receiver
  2. Omarion Cooper, second cornerback
  3. Carter Stoutmire, freshman cornerback

Without Hunter, Colorado will not be in their full potential as they have known for the 2023 season. Travis Hunter played a major role in the Buffaloes all three victories. This is Hunter’s first season as some of the experts already considers him one of the strong contender for the Heisman Trophy.

This Saturday Colorado will tackle the Oregon without their star wide receiver Hunter. both Oregon and Colorado are the top 20 teams in college football season.

Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET and it’ll be televised by ABC.
