Former Cardinals and Free Agent DeAndre Hopkins has so many great things to say about Kyler Murray.

DeAndre Hopkins and Kyler Murray are no longer teammates yet Dhop said Kyler is the most misunderstood player. DeAndre also appeals on Threads.net to stop disrespecting Kyler.

DeAndre and Kyler played three seasons together with Arizona Cardinals and shared a strong bond.

DeAndre Hopkins appeared on the I am Athlete podcast where he revealed so many facts about his former teammate Kyler.

Hopkins said, “The dude is a competitor, a real competitor. I’ve never seen anything like it, and I love it. That’s why he and I sometimes butt heads but it’s love.”

Hopkins also points out the double standard of the fans and said if Tom Brady cusses it’s cool but if Kyler does it will be the talking topic for everything.

31-year-old Hopkins said, “He’s misunderstood because he’s so competitive.” about Kyler Murray. He said,“I think people give him a tough time because he’s fiery,”

Hopkins racked up 115 receptions for 1,407 yards and six touchdowns. In turn, Murray threw for 3,971 yards and 26 touchdowns in their first seasons. After that Hopkins’s stats went down because only went for combined 19 games.

It is clear DeAndre is a fan of Kyler Murray a will not tolerate disrespect against him. Even though DeAndre is not in Arizona anymore he is excited about Kyler Murray for how he will perform in the upcoming season when Murray comes back from his injury.
