Ronaldo expressed his delight after netting his 500th league goal
Cristiano Ronaldo wasn’t shy to express his happiness after he scored the 500th league goal of his career. The Portuguese achieved the feat playing for Al-Nassr in a 4-0 win.
WHAT HAPPENED?
On Thursday, during a league match in the Saudi Pro League, Ronaldo scored all four goals at Al-Wehda for Al-Nassr in a 4-0 victory. However, it was his first goal that helped him reach the iconic milestone. Nevertheless, the striker claimed that it was the team’s win where the focus should be.
WHAT THEY SAID:
While said to SSC Channel, “I’m really happy for the goals I scored today, but what made me happier is being able to help my teammates to win this game.”
Ronaldo also shared the news on his Instagram saying that it was a “great feeling” to score four times and hit 500 goals.

This was by was the best match for Ronaldo ever since he arrived in Riyadh. He now has a total of 5 goals in 3 games so far.
