To put it mildly, the Royal Rumble’s conclusion was a mess. Reigns’ recovery of his championship versus KO was more of a centrepiece of the championship match than everything that transpired previously. Following the contest, Kevin was attacked by “The Bloodline”. When Reigns took a chair and prepared to strike Kevin, who was restrained to the ring, Sami Zayn intervened to attempt to halt the complete beating. Sami wanted to strike Roman Reigns in the rear with the steel chair, but was unable to do so and rather struck Roman inside the rear. Matters then took a different twist as Jey abandoned the other “The Bloodline” as they were attacking Zayn. Jey was obviously outraged, yet he made no attempt to halt the vicious attack. The Bloodline without Jey rose to the occasion at the conclusion of the programme as Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens both remained on the floor in the arena.
