Charlie Woods, son of 15-time Major champion Tiger Woods has made headlines after qualifying for the Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship on Sunday.

Tiger Woods himself caddied his son on his major career event at the Mission Inn Resort in Florida. The Notah Begay III Junior Golf Championship posted the post-round interview on X Twitter, where Charlie talked about his mental state while playing golf.

Charlie said,

“I mean, it’s hard to think. You’re tied for the lead; you have to go shoot a low round to win this thing, and it’s not going to be given. So, just take it one shot at a time. Don’t think too far ahead, and just, just got to keep eating[birdies].”

When a reporter asked about the experience of his dad Tiger Woods played the role of Caddie for him. Junior Woods said,

“He puts me in my place,” he continued. “I’ll talk about the next tee shot and he’s like, ‘No. This is the shot we’re gonna focus on. Focus up, this is what we’re gonna do.”

Golf fans are gushing over the little Woods and his mannerisms of playing golf. some fans asserted that he is exactly like his father.

One fan noticed, “Sounds exactly like his dad.”

Another fan added the compliment, “Man he even sounds like a young tiger. Incredible.”

One fan wrote a detailed comment about Charlie’s voice, “Dang, his voice sounds like his dad’s, and of course his answers are young Tiger all over again — just the facts, ma’am. So we won’t have to wait long for another Woods to start winning the big ones.”

Like father like son, 14-year-old Charlie started playing golf early at the age of 4. He first participated in Florida-based Hammock Creek Golf Club’s golfing events for kids. He also won the Palm City tournament for under 11-year-old division.

During the tournament, Woods scored for a 9-hole game of golf – three-under 33 without three birdies and bogeys. He also partnered with his dad Tiger Woods participated in multiple golf events and won prize money.

Multi-millionaire son Charlie earned an estimated $1.5 to $5 million, which is a great amount of income for the young golfer.

Many fans believed Charlie Woods was a copy of his father and would achieve great heights just like his dad.
