Charles Omenihu Accused Of Misdemeanor of Domestic Violence By His Girlfriend

Niners DE Charles Omenihu was arrested on Monday after his girlfriend accused him of domestic violence. Though there is no trace of external injury, she says that she has pain in her arm. The police have investigated the matter, and the charges will be determined soon.

Charles Omenihu, the San Francisco 49ers defensive end, was arrested on Monday, after being accused of misdemeanor domestic violence by his girlfriend.

 Omenihu was arrested and taken to jail (Santa Clara County). But he got bail and is not in custody now. The charges will be determined soon, the Police reported. The charges were reported, and the officers started their investigation at 4:39 PM, Omenihu has been cooperative all this time.

Charges on Omenihu

San Jose Police said,” the survivor is an adult female and called to report that her boyfriend, Charles Omenihu, pushed her to the ground during an argument. Officers did not observe any visible physical injuries to the survivor, she did however have a complaint of pain to her arm.”

The 25-year-old used to play for Houston Texans and later he was traded to the San Francisco 49ers in 2021.

The 49ers said in a statement, “We are aware of the matter involving Charles Omenihu and are in the process of gathering further information.”
