Charles Barkley always tries to humor the audience. Whenever he’s live on the set of “NBA on TNT,” it’s the Los Angeles Lakers who have to deal with this problem, as they lost in double overtime at home to Luka Doncic’s Dallas Mavericks.

Charles Barkley, a former NBA player, and an analyst said that it was “still Groundhog Day” for the LA Lakers, who on Thursday night lost to Dallas. The Lakers tried to fight back to bring the game into a second overtime, but it didn’t help. Luka Doncic and his team ended up banging out a 119-115 victory.

While the other members of “NBA on TNT” found some positives in the Lakers’ most recent performance, the 1992-93 MVP berated Darvin’s team for ultimately falling short in the game.

While Charles may not have given Anthony Davis credit, the Purple and Gold managed to take the upper hand several times after trailing by as many as 19 points.

The primary reason why the Lakers are losing is the turnover of the game in the last minutes.

The Mavericks were led by Luka Doncic‘s 35 points, and they scored 18 points off turnovers while shooting 14 of 28 from the field and 4-of-9 from long range.

Losing streak

One of the positive things for Darvin Ham was Russell Westbrook. Not only did he guard Doncic, but he even led the team on offense with 28 points, seven rebounds, and five assists. The Lakers are now 19-23 and on a two-game losing streak.

They are now ready for the game, and they are also well aware of how they need to battle it out aggressively on the court. Let’s hope they will break their losing streak against Philadelphia on Sunday.
