Cavinder Twins Make Summer Plans in Black String Bikinis After Controversial Article

Hanna and Haley Cavinder, known as the Cavinder twins, have had quite a whirlwind few weeks. However, in response to a contentious article, they have chosen a unique path to express their thoughts.

Recently, The Free Press published an article titled “The NCAA Has a ‘Hot Girl’ Problem,” which the twins strongly criticized, citing an interview that was conducted under false pretenses.

Several days have elapsed since the article’s publication, and today the Cavinder twins responded to the criticism in a more traditional manner. They turned to their Instagram account and shared a series of photos, featuring themselves sporting stylish black string bikinis.

Adding a caption to the post, they wrote, “tis a fit girl summer,” showcasing their confidence and embracing the spirit of the season.

Haley couldn’t resist taking a playful jab at The Free Press in the comments section, quipping, “don’t let the free press see this or we’re toast.”

In a statement released earlier this week, Hanna Cavinder shed light on the circumstances surrounding the article. “The interview for this piece was obtained under false pretenses, with promises to focus on various aspects of our lives, including life after NIL, our decision not to take our fifth year, our passions, and business opportunities,” Hanna explained. She expressed disappointment in the misrepresentation, stating that they were led to believe that the article would highlight their success as pioneers in women’s college sports, new media culture, and business.

Elaborating on the interview process, Hanna continued, “We welcomed this individual into our home, allowing him to accompany us throughout an entire weekend, engaging in extensive conversations to provide insight into our experiences. However, during the subsequent hour-long interview in our kitchen, we were only asked one question pertaining to our physical appearance.”
