The Zombies mode in Call of Duty Black Ops 3 offers a broad variety of places. In addition to battling the swarms of undead, you will also acquire several elemental staff. The Staff of Ice, often known as the Ice Staff, is one of them. After creating this weapon, you can upgrade it to Ull’s arrow, which has the same functionality. The following section can be found in the lowest portions of the Excavation Site where there are four floating rings. To turn these rings blue and spin them in the proper order, you must pull the lever. Two levers are located near the wooden scaffolds, and there are two more on the regular walkway inside the lower levels. They will fire blue orbs into the air once all of the rings have become blue. Use the Ice Staff to fire these four blue orbs.

The Staff must then be set on the Blue pedestal in the Crazy Place by the players. To collect their souls and charge the staff, you must kill about 20–25 zombies. After you’ve destroyed these zombies, go see Samantha. She will say that “the power of ice is available” as you engage with her. The blue emblem for the Ice staff has a red outline, as you can see. You can pick up the improved Ice Staff or Ull’s Arrow by going back to the Blue pedestal.
