“I thought Bryce looked sharp,” Carolina Panthers head coach Frank Reich said in reaction to Friday night’s game against the New York Giants.
“I think he wanted to throw the ball more. He wanted to throw a little bit more, but I thought he looked sharp.”
Young went 3-to-6 for 35 yards without an interception or touchdown. He was sacked once, but Reich said he was impressed with how his rookie quarterback handled the pass rush.
