A World Cup winner with Argentina, Alexis Mac Allister will be receiving calls from the biggest clubs in Europe come summer. His heroics in Qatar have raised his value in the transfer market.
The 24-year-old is a key member of the Brighton and Hove Albion team as they aim on finishing in the top six in the Premier League. The midfielder has been linked with clubs such as Manchester City and Liverpool.

As per TNT Sports, Alexis’ father Carlos Mac Allister who himself was a Premier League player said, “The clubs are starting to call us about Alexis, but there are no concrete conversations for now.”
“We will decide together with Brighton, they deserve respect. We will also choose the best project based on the coach, it is not just about money.”
What did Alexis Mac Allister have to say?
Mac Allister told TYC Sports: “I don’t have a particular team where I say ‘this is the way I play’. I think that here in the Premier League, there are very strong teams that play very well, like Manchester City and Arsenal.
“Chelsea too, I had [Graham] Potter as coach [at Brighton] and I know the idea he has of playing football.
“Manchester United are returning to be what they were, and Liverpool are going through some ups and downs, but they still have a very important team.
“If I have to say a place, I would like my next step to be in the Premier League. But the truth is that I am very focused here in Brighton and enjoying the present.”
Brighton currently sits seventh in the Premier League and are in the driver’s seat to finish in the European places. Mac Allister has contributed with seven goals and one assist for Brighton this season.
