Best Moments of the WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony

WWE Hall of Fame is the Premium Class of Honor for the Legendary Superstars who have built an iconic legacy and created an impact through their performances in/out of the ring. Legends like The Immortal Hulk Hogan, Nature Boy Ric Flair, RattleSnake 3:16 Icon Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Phenom The Undertaker. This list goes longer.

WWE started the Hall of Fame Class of Honor back in 1993 and till then we have witnessed some unforgettable moments at the Hall of Fame Ceremony whether it’s the emotional speech of Vince McMahon inducting The Undertaker into the Class of 2022 or Multiple times inductions into the WWE Hall of Fame (Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, etc).

As we are less than a week away from the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2023 Ceremony, Let’s take a quick look back at the inductees so far and recall some of the legendary moments in the history of the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.

WWE Hall of Fame History

WWE Hall of Fame 1993-96

The Inaugural Ceremony of the WWE Hall of Fame took place in 1993 and it featured only one but the Greatest Inductee in the history of the WWF, and that is Andre The Giant. In his honor, WWE also started a battle royal named after him (Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal) in 2014 and the first battle royal was won by Cesaro at WrestleMania 30.

The WWE Hall of Fame Class continued till 1996 and was then lifted up by the boards of directors of WWE. But, it restarted in 2004 and this year it is going to be held at Crypto.com Arena, Inglewood, California, USA. It is going to be telecasted on USA Network and WWE Network exclusively on March 31, 2023 (After the Smackdown telecast goes off air).

The Class of 2023 is featuring Rey Mysterio (going to be inducted by Konnan), The Great Muta (by Ric Flair), and Celebrity Andy Kaufman (by Jerry Lawler).

Hall of Fame Greatest Inductions

Through each and every induction into the WWE Hall of Fame has built a legendary and iconic career.

Here, I am picking some of the greatest inductions out of all these:

Phenom The Undertaker

The Undertaker was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame last year by none other than the Founder and President of WWE ‘Mr. Vince McMahon’. There’s no legacy that can match the impact he created inside the squared circle of the WWE ring.

Nature Boy Ric Flair

The first-ever 2 times WWE Hall of Famer and 16x Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion The Nature Boy Ric Flair received recognition from WWE two times (one for his individual career and the other for his participation in The Evolution.

Ric Flair isn’t the only one who has been awarded this prime recognition from WWE. And, this leads us to our next in the list

The Immortal Hulk Hogan

The Immortal because he is the one who was there at the very first WrestleMania and he is still as powerful as he was then. Hulkamania received recognition two times (for Individual Career and for nWo).

Stay tuned for more such WWE updates and news.
