“I came into work today and got the phone call about Arik. Really disappointed. Really sad for him. When we took Arik, we knew we had a good group of people that were gonna help him through some of the issues he’s dealing with in his life.”

Gilbert started his college football career with LSU. He finished his time in Baton Rouge with 35 receptions for 368 yards and two touchdowns. After LSU Gilbert transferred to Georgia, where he completed two receptions for 16 yards and a touchdown last season.
