Anthony Davis is least concerned about Russell Westbrook joining their rival Los Angeles Clippers.

The Los Angeles Lakers forward was asked about his opinions on Westbrook’s decision to join the Clippers and his fitting in the new team. Davis’ response to this was quite interesting.

Anthony Davis’ reaction towards Russell Westbrook

AD said,

“I have no idea what their locker room is like, what their chemistry is like. I know they got rid of John (Wall) and Reggie (Jackson), so it’s another point guard for them. I’m not sure how (Ty) Lue and the coaching staff will utilize him, but I’m pretty sure he’s happy to stay in LA.”

It is explicitly stated by Davis that he does not care about the player much. He is not bothered about what the Clippers will do with or without him, or how they are going to utilize him.

Once a former Laker said that the team has “vibe” issues and many pointed out Westbrook as the major source of the problems. Westbrook has been a controversial player ever since his trade talks started. Some reports of the Locker room about Westbrook’s status were unfavorable and his family also took offense to that. But if any of the reports are true, there is no wonder why Davis is so indifferent to him.
