US soccer’s previous attempts to rip off European tradition have been termed as Cringe. However, El Trafico is a term that stuck around.

The MLS fans have coined the term with inspiration from ‘El Clasico’, the rivalry between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid. The term was coined with reference to the long traffic jams in the city of Los Angeles.

When is LA Galaxy vs. LAFC in 2023?

MLS is set to begin on Saturday, February 25 with their first match starting kicking off at 9:30 PM ET.

The teams in question, LA Galaxy and LAFC are set to face off again on April 16 at 4:40 pm ET.

How to watch El Trafico 2023?

The opening matchday will be streamed on Apple TV. In addition, the game on April 16 will also be available through broadcast on national TV via FOX.
