To answer that, Adin Ross said that there are no rules or terms on Kick, so he didn’t break any law.

Did Adin Ross Break the Law?

It’s already proved that Adin Ross breaks the Kick’s Terms of Service. But, the question is did he break the law? The actions of Ross are against the Law of U.S. Code Title 18 Section 1470 which means knowingly distributing Sexual content to minors (underage/kids).

As per the Pornography’s Terms of Service, it is illegal to share the content with people under the age of 18 years. So, it’s a legal crime but to prove him guilty in court, they need to find a piece of strong evidence that he did this knowingly.
