Aaron Rodgers Trade Rumors, Will He Join New York Jets or Patriots?

There have been rumors that Aaron Rodgers will be traded by Green Bay Packers and might join the New York Jets in the near future. Apparently, all the rumors seem to be true as  Patriots Reportedly Made A Trade Offer For Aaron Rodgers. 

According to the reports, New York Jets made a significant splash this offseason, by acquiring Aaron Rodgers in a blockbuster trade with the Packers. The Jets aren’t the only ones who are interested in Rodgers but New England Patriots are also interested in acquiring him. But four-time MVP had no interest in joining Bill Belichick’s squad.

“Aaron Rodgers almost wasn’t a Jet,” Carton said. “The New England Patriots made an offer to the Green Bay Packers to get Aaron Rodgers. Aaron Rodgers heard it and his agent said, ‘No! We ain’t playing for New England. We want to be a Jet.’ “

Patriots fans might want to be a little skeptical about this report. In the past, the person who shared this information, Carton, claimed that the San Francisco 49ers wanted to trade for Rodgers. However, he was the only one in the media saying that.

But in the end, it turned out that the New York Jets were the team that got Aaron Rodgers. We’ll see in the upcoming fall season if having him on their team was worth all the trouble and complications.
