New Quarterback of New York Jets Aaron Rodgers gave subtle hints about staying in Jets longer than 2023.
This NFL season will be the first-ever season of Aaron Rodgers with the New York Jets. Earlier this year future hall of fame Rodgers contemplating the retirement after 2023 NFL season.
But now things have changed and so does Aaron’s mind. He is planning to stay a little longer in the Jets and play more beyond 2023.
Aaron spent more than two decades in the Green Bay Packers before he was traded to the New York Jets.
The 39-year-old Quarterback is still one of the best QB in the NFL. In a recent interview with reporters on Thursday Aaron said,
“I love being around the young energy, the excitement.” There’s a great feel to this team, guys who are young and super talented on their first contracts, many of them.
“When you have so many great players on rookie deals, it’s pretty exciting, knowing you can do something. You’ve got a good window. It’s not just a one-year thing where you can be competitive, which is fun.”
The dude’s just havin’ fun.
