A Professional Athlete Claims That He’s Dating LSU Gymnast Olivia Dunne
A new shocking news has come out in the sports world that has shocked everyone. It seems that the LSU gymnast star and one of the most famous social media personalities Olivia Dunne is in a love relationship with someone.
Recently, Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes has claimed that he’s dating LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne.
Skenes had an amazing season at LSU and was named the SEC Pitcher of the Year. He did really well, with a super-low 1.69 ERA and a record of 13 wins and 2 losses. Because of this, the Pirates picked him as the very first player in the 2023 MLB Draft.
In a recent talk with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Skenes shared about his relationship with Dunne.
He mentioned that it’s great to have Dunne with him because she knows all about the pressure that comes with being a top athlete. They understand each other well.
“It’s nice, for sure,” Skenes said. “It can be a pain in the butt sometimes, to be honest, in terms of actually going somewhere. If one of us went out in Baton Rouge [La.] by ourselves, there’s probably gonna be someone there asking for something — picture, autograph, whatever.

“It’s nice to be able to have that conversation. She does get it. I do wish she could come to a baseball game and just enjoy it. It does irk me. I don’t have any control over it. She really doesn’t either. I’m sure it’ll get better as I go up levels, but that’s something I want for her.”
Skenes isn’t very active on social media like Dunne, but that’s not a bad thing. He believes social media empowers people to say hateful things.
“She doesn’t like seeing some of it, too,” Skenes said of Dunne. “It’s worse for her. I’ve told her, ‘People are gonna write about you. People are gonna write about me. If it rattles you, if it makes you upset, you gotta find a way to either not see it or not get upset over it.’ In my mind, it’s a lot easier to not see it than not get upset over it.”
