A New Twist In PGA Tour- LIV Merger Deal, Capitol Hill Opens The Investigation

A new interesting turn came into PGA commissioner Jay Monahan and Greg Norman lives the Director of the LIV Man’s Golf organization funded by Suadi Arabia.

The Senator from Capitol Hill sends a letter to open up the inquiry on the PGA Tour, and LIV merger deal, which was finalized last Tuesday. After raising so many questions about the integrity of Jay’s character by several PGA Golfers including Rory McIlroy. Finally, the voice reached out to Capitol Hill, the home of all the U. S. Govt. Senators and residential areas in washington DC.

In his Latest Twitter post, he shared the letter’s copy and said ” Today im opening a probe into PGA tour mrger as chair of the parmanent subcommittee of investigations…”

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), chairman of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, came forward on Monday and said the PIF Deal raises so many questions and said: “about the Saudi government’s role in influencing this effort and the risks posed by a foreign government entity assuming control over a cherished American institution.”

And not only opens up investigations but sent letters to both parties the PGA Tour and the LIV Golf and demanding all the emails and official documents about how and when the deal reached its final moment and how this merger of two grand golf organizations will be conducted and structured after their union.

The reaction of Saudi Arabia to the investigation came out cold and said  “deeply disturbing human rights record at home and abroad,” and hurtful. When the deal has already been done why now all these inquiries and investigations?
