49ers Star Deebo Samuel Cut Shorts Interview Over Eagles Question
49ers Star Deebo Samuel was on CBS Sports Radio with Zach Gelb, answering the question. When suddenly Samuel cut short the interview when he was asked about the Eagles question.
Earlier this year in May, 49ers Wide Receiver Deebo Samuel commented about the team’s loss to the Eagles in the 2023 NFC Championship Game.
In an interview with Complex, Samuel told,
“We lost because we played with 10 people. I ain’t going to keep going on about what could’ve happened and what would’ve happened but yeah, it would’ve definitely been a different outcome (if healthy).”
Recently Samuel appeared on the CBS Sports Show with Zach Gelb.
When Zach asked about his previous comments on the Eagles the WR got awkward and ended the interview early.
At first, Samuel replied, “I mean, I said what I said.”
Gelb then asked Samuel another question about the Eagles. This led Deebo to this answer, “I don’t know. Just wait until Week 13, 12, whatever week it is, and we’ll show you.”
But this is not the end of the story, a woman intervened to say Samuel was “good to go.” That was enough for the All-Pro wideout, who claims after that 10 more minutes for the interview and ended quickly.
Deebo Samuel was on with @CBSSportsRadio and he was getting asked about the #Eagles — and he just didn’t want to deal with it again. He ended the interview early.

Zach Gelb said, “I’ve done this long enough. That was just get the promotional plug out of the way, you didn’t want to answer any questions and then you hand the phone to the public relations person,”
Zach looked quite upset with WR Deebo Samuel’s behavior.
